Livingston Advisors, a company said to be operating in Detroit Michigan with an office in Canada called me to advise me of an approved loan of $15000 which I had solicited online. I made an advanced payment of $1500 via money gram per their requirement to process the loan. The loan was never processed and I am told that I would be getting a refund of $1500 by check via courier within 10-15 business days. Individuals I've spoken to are Georgia Bell, Hillary, Chris Reeves. The name of a "supervisor", Diane Carlton, was provided as well. These people are SCAM and taking advantage of individuals going through extraordinary financial duress.
