Livingston Property Service Guilded Rose, Capital International Promised to sell timeshare and of course took money and left town. Villahermosa Tabasco

On April 24, 2017 was at Gilded Rose Resort to view property.  Not my style but was talked into selling my other time share by Richard Bell.  They supposedly had a firm offer.  He indicated he was a realtor and could lose his license if this was not real.  He stated that he and his wife traveled a lot but were currently living in Guadalajara, Mexico.  The contract indicated a 90 day maximum to close....

Kept trying to get a close date with Livingston Properties..... email only access.

After 98 days I received information from Capital International in New York that they would be handling the close.

Then of course they needed taxes to be paid before funds were released... I paid the taxes to  Cendant Mobility Services LTD

When requesting funding date was told funds were transferred.   Three days later I request as to why no funds and was told there was a problem with the transfer and more money was needed. He David L Kraus  asked that I give him a couple of days to correct it.
