Llantera Munoz Tire/Auto shop I drove my car to their shop and had to have it towed out. Avondale Az

When I took my car to have them look at it I was told it was a bad alternator, the next day I was told they fried the computer so now the car won't start at all.  Every day I called I was told it would be ready the next day.  Finally my neighbor went there to talk to the owner so now there are parts missing from the car and it was missing before they got the car but yet I drove the car there and it made it there just fine.  By this time they've called in an electrical guy and apparently I guess he couldn't fix it either.  All I asked them to do was pay for the tow since it was there mechanics fault that the car wouldn't start anymore but no they took no responsibility for it at all.  I had to pay to have it towed to Auto Action shop.  Haven't heard from them either.  It's been almost a month now and I still don't have a car for my son and I to get to our dr's appointments nor can I get to work because I don't have a car.  I guess they were nice enough to leave the alternator on even though on the work order they never mentioned anything about the alternator.
