Llerandi Quality Pools Ripoff dishonest procastinator very sloppy never finshed the job lend his license to other unlicensed individuals Miami Florida

We signed a pool contract with Llerandi Pools in November 2002 and gave the initial deposit. The work was suppose to begin during January 2003. The actual work did not begin until April 2003. The 1st phase was the digging of the hole, we were sited that we did not have a permit to begin the job. I had to personally go purchased a security construction fence to secure the pool/ construction site since the contractor had left the construction site unsecured. After the 1st phase of the hole be dugged nothing else got done for about a period of 3 months. During this time we were in contact with the Represenative of Llerandi pools, Mr Ray Basto. He would give us numerous of excuses to by himnself time. At this time we received a notice of violation from the City of Pembroke Pines that the job had begun and no permits had been issued.

The 2nd phase of the pool was steel framing and gunite/concrete. This phase was started during June 2003 and lasted all Summer with no additional work done to the pool. During this time it was rainy season and mosquitos were hypernating in the pool area. During early November, due to heavy rain and lack of responsibility from the contractor our pool lifted like a ship out of water, 4 1/2 feet. At this time we again contacted the Contractor and more excuses were given to us. The promise was that the pool would be completed before year-end. The complete project should have lasted approximately 3 months according to the Contractor at the time we signed the contract.

As of today Feb 26, 2006 our pool has not been completed. The actual pool is 95% completed, but did not end up exactly like the initial plans that we had agreed on with the contractor. We have received several violations for expired permits and I had to change contractor to owner/builder to be able finish the pool. I'm still paying for City fees and new permits.

The contractor has been paid in full according to the contract that we signed. The contractor kept giving us pressure that he needed the money to finish our pool.
