We were hired for a marketing job by the CEO of this company Mr. Farouk Elsharnouby. We sent them an offer for our services that they accepted. They signed and stamped our work reports and agreed the final amount of this. 

After two travels there, we learnt that this people had a problem. Apparently the supposed CEO had no work visa for this country, and they are firing up this person.

Mr. Farid Al Deri talk with me and offers a new opportunity as partner in their company with a monthly fee and the promise that they will arrange a work and residence visa and a partnership agreement between him, Mr. Abdullah Al Shamsi, the local sponsor, and me.

I had never nothing from their side, only promises and lies. I have an email where I’m asking for my fee payment, as I had Mr. Farid commitment, by wire transfer where this Mr. Farid said it is done, but never had a cent in my account.

I know they have other outstanding with other companies and workers as well; I have some emails with the proof of everything.

We hired a debt collector – Moreton Smith -, after some month of hard work by their side, they suggested to write off,as progressing the matter any further would not be cost effective. Our total outstanding is 18,600.00€ + 5,352.76€, not enough to take legal actions, even with solid proof about that.

Be aware with this people, Farid Al Deri or his partners, are liars do not comply any contract or agreement. Do not keep their word.
