 I answered an ad on the internet and purchased a replica Rolex Justdate watch for $129.00 plus shipping.  I received the watch in a padded envelope in a plastic bag which I thought was strange as it had no protection from damage. 

There was no instructions as to how to set the date/time and so I e-mailed them re-arding the problem.  They e-mailed the instructions.  I took the watch to a jeweler to have the date/time set and the watch started working fine; that was for about 2 weeks.

I took it back to the jeweler and he said he could not fix it as there are no parts available and he would not be able to obtain them since it is a "knock off" of a Rolex from Asia. China? Japan?

I reset it several times over the next 4 weeks until it just quit running altogether.  I notified Luxery Replicas about the problem.  Received an e-mail form "Jeri" in customer service that they would do everything to rectify the issue.

However, they needed the order number etc.  I sent the information I had and to this date have not heard a word from them and I have e-mailed them again several times with no response.  Needless to say I have been ripped off!!!

My complaint is I expected to receive a watch that would function for more than a couple of weeks and that the company I purchased it from would stand behind it as advertised.  I bought it for the appearance of the watch nothing else but at least one that would keep time.  I also expected a response from the company after I sent the information they needed to "rectify the situation as they had told me they would.  Thank you for the lack of your concern.

Replica is just a nice way of saying "counterfeit".    You knowingly dealt with people whose business is selling illegal copies and you expected quality and good customer service?  Really?

Yes I did know I was purchasing a replica of a Rolex and not the authentic Rolex.  It was advertised as a replica and I know that an authentic Rolex costs thousands of dollars.

Did you think your were purchasing a real rolex or a fake rolex?  There is no way a reputable company would sell a real rolex for 129. and some change.
