Loan 4 U Today Fraudulent Charges Internet

I am the person who is wanting to file a class action law suit against this company. The first thing that I went ahead and did was close out my checking account and reopened another with the same bank. I also filled out an affidavit for fraud on my account, showed them all of the rip off reports and told them that I needed my $60.00 back. After reviewing everything they credited my new account within two business days. I am still doing all of the research on this class action law suit, due to the fact that we are all probably not in the same state.  I am in the good old State of Texas and the laws are different. So bare with me like I said I am doing the research to see what can be done about these lowlifes. I have also already contacted our local news station here in DFW Channel 4 to see if there is something that they can do. It is one of those kinda like "whats bugging you' where you tell them your story and if they are interested they will contact you about helping,. Nothing yet so we will see. If those of you who are willing to file a lawsuit will let me know what state you are in that would help. Lets get these SOB's and put the word out there.

This is the second month in a row I have had to deal with this company taking 30.00 from my account. I never received any services from these people and do not appreciate them helping themselves to my hard earned money! I could change my account but I'd rather have this company pay for their actions before they try it on more and more people. Please contact me if you pursue any lawsuit.

Yes please  contact me at rip off report because I want to sue them too. I did look up payday loans but did not continue and they were advised I did not want the loan or wanted to continue and still kept my information without my permission. Also I think they are related to phone scams too. We were getting calls before this company took money that their was a criminal case against us and had our SS# and personal information from these payday companies.

 The same thing happened to me. They have taken out $60.00 so far. I am going to my  bank, closing out my checking account and filing a fraud report with  my bank. For those of you who are willing. I want to file a class action law suit on this company. This needs to stop and these people need to be either put behind bars or get their name out there so that everyone will know who they are. If you  notice on your checks that they are taking out, they have it under two different names but the same phone number. If anyone is willing to do this with me. let me know.
