I hired the Loan Compliance Advisory Group to help me negotiate down the principal owed on our mortgage and file a claim against my insurace company, as advised by Mr. Bisogno.  After about 1.5 years into his lies, of paperwork shuffling, Loan Compliance Advisory Group (Mr. Bisogno) did not avail any results.  Mr. Bisogno charged me $9,800 for the mortage reduction and bond claim.  He starts by being available continous but once he has your money, he slowly stops taking your calls and answering emails. His family helps him on the scam too.  He is the only one able to talk to you about your matter which is odd since others claim to work with him- yes his con artist family.

Mr. Bisogno made many emphatic statements / promises over the phone, to me, even though I contacted the mortgage company and he has never contacted them. The insurace company does not have any open cases regarding my "bond claim" as stated by him.

Mr. Bisogno is running a huge scam with his daughter Sandy . He lies, endlessly and never answers questions with answers but goes in circles with his lies and bs.

I think if you have been a victim to his lies- please report him to the better business bureau in Delaware.  A company that is going to help you with your mortgae cannot take money upfront from you its against the law.

PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CON ARTIST.  HE IS A LIAR AND HAS NO MEANS OF GETTING ANY RESOLUTIONS WITH YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY OR INSURANCE.

lets stop this scam now.......

Joe's Home Address

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 08, 2017

For anyone who was taken by Joseph Bisogno, and would like to file a case against him, his Tom's River, NJ address can be found on the Better Business Bureau website:

https://www.bbb.org/en/us/search?inputText=Loan%20Compliance%20Advisory%20Group&locationText=Wilmington%2C%20DE&locationLatLng=39.763224,-75.568045&page=1

The Better Business Bureau recently attached this address to their file, which already contained the address at:

2207 Concord Pike

Wilmington, DE 19803

I had kept Joe's home address in reserve, in order to keep from being excluded from litigation, but after the BBB updated their file, I did not see any reason to hold back further. This *is* Joe Bisogno, Sr.'s address, at which papers can be served. His wife, Linda, was listed on the incorporation paperwork, and presumably knows about LCAG's dishonest and fraudulent business practices as well. If some choose to go forward on their own legal actions, I did not want to hold them back further.

I have attached an old photo of Joe, Sr. in a tuxedo, which I found online, so that process servers can be sure they have the right Joe Bisogno. The site where the photo could be found has been taken down since I originally discovered it, indicating that the pressure I've applied thus far has had an effect. Further, Sandy and Linda have blocked me on Facebook, indicating that they are aware of what's going on. I have not yet confirmed Sandy's address, but she does live nearby. I have a short list of addresses for Sandy, and a most likely candidate address, but choose not to post them, since she has presumably innocent family living with her. As both Joe, Sr. and Linda are both implicated, and the BBB has already outed them, I consider them fair game here.

Newer, family photos of Joe show that he has aged some since the attached photo. I did not post other photos to avoid implicating other family members who, to my knowledge, are not involved in LCAG. I have also attached a photo of Linda, taken from her Facebook page.

Best to all in your pursuit of justice. Apologies for any delay.

Report LCAG to the FTC and Contact Us!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 19, 2017

I suggest you file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I recently engaged with Joseph Bisogno in a back-and-forth involving my state's attorney general's office and was provided with copies of everything the Bisognos had in our file. In brief, Joseph did not even come close to living up to the letter of the signed, written agreement in which he promises to provide "specialized leverage reports" detailing misrepresentations in the loan in question. In our recent correspondence, Joe attempted to hide behind clauses in the agreement which would appear to absolve him of an obligation to modify the loan, but which do not absolve him of, and rather incriminate him in, along with the fruits of his efforts, his failures to provide the *evidence* to support the loan modification, which his agreement clearly binds him to do.

LCAG, which consists of Joseph, his daughter, Sandy, and possibly no one else (there is a "Dennis McCauley" who has handwriting remarkably similar to Joseph's) produce toothless requests for documentation while generating a fair amount of paperwork which appears official enough but which does not produce the result offered either in writing or verbally. Their initial requests are standardized forms modified to incorporate case-specific information for each client which gives them a greater air of validity but which cannot possibly take more than a few minutes to produce, given that it's a copy-and-paste into a pre-existing document. They will file initial complaints with entities such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), your loan servicer, and even your bond holder, but as my experience and paperwork showed, there is virtually no followup and certainly no return that approximates the evidence they promise to provide to support a loan modification by yourself or another entity (e.g., an attorney).

In our case, and in brief, Joseph provided a packet of 148 pages which comprised the totality of his and Sandy's efforts. Of these, 12 pages were duplicates of other pages. The other 136 pages consisted mostly of the paperwork *we* provided so that Joseph could do the job he contracted to do. In addition, there was one CFPB submission, with no response; one letter to our bond holder, with no evidence provided of followup; a letter to my state's division of finance, again with no response or followup; and a brief series of letters with only one response from our loan servicer who indicated the loan was valid. There were *no* specialized reports pertaining to the loan in question. I went over this in great detail with my state's attorney general's office before they forwarded me to the FTC and can provide a detailed analysis of what happened in our case.

I was only able to elicit a response from Joseph after nearly two years of silence by tracking him to his home address, which is normally not an action one needs to take to get a response from a legitimate business. Joseph's response clearly indicated to me that he was not willing to take responsibility for what he has done.

The only way to hold Joe, Sandy, and anyone else who may be involved accountable is to speak up to authorities with the leverage to hold them accountable. If enough of Joseph and Sandy's "clients" file reports, the FTC will begin an investigation. I have already gone through the process of analyzing the paperwork related to our case, and am confident in my breakdown of what happened. The more that can do the same, the more likely we are to get justice.

I have sent you an initial contact at the email address you provided.

If you are reading this account, have not provided contact information, and you have been taken by the Bisognos and LCAG, please contact me at lcagfraud at hot mail.

Thank you for your time!

This Con man Joseph not only took my money but also took money from friends and family that i referred and never did anything! we are talking about over 100k. I thought I was the only one he did this to but it's apparent there are many others. I would love to do a class action suit against this guy and his supporting cast of misfits. If anyone would like to reach me I'm at generousmindset@protonmail.co
