Loan4utoday.com Unauthorized check withdrawal from my checking account Internet, Nevada

On March 20, 2013 my checking account received an unauthorized check, a number that I certainly didn't give, for $30.00.  I never did business with this company and I never will.  I contacted my bank and they were very gracious and will be refunding me my money, however, I have to put a stop payment, a $25.00 fee, on my account so this FRAUDULENT COMPANY doesn't rip me off any more.  That stop payment is good for six months. 

I read the reports of others and realized that I too am a victim of this scam.  My bank informed me that whenever you get a payday loan, these companies share information with other companies, including your banking information.  I don't see how this is right and to be honest an infringement on my rights to keep my information private.  I believe this needs to go a step further and perhaps a class action suit so these companies get the point that my information, especially my checking account number and socila security number,  is not to be sold or shared with other companies that I don't agree to do business with.
