I got over billed
I got sent more leads than I signed up for and half or three quarters of the people I called AS SOON AS THE LEAD HITTHE SCREEN had already been called 10 times.

Hard to believe

First off every lead we generate is fresh that day. Sometimes there is a delay from our call center verifying. We call almost every lead before we distribute to make sure there is interest. Chances are this lender was still slow to the punch in getting to their leads. We have customers who will get to a lead twice before the other lenders is was distributed get around to it. For a consumer to say they were called ten times usually means 2 other lenders called twice already. Plus remember since we almost always call a lead first to verufy their information - the lead may count that call.

Most of our programs give an approximation of how many leads you will recieve and charge a very low fee per lead. Complaints of too many usually lie in the lender not understanding the volume estimates. I suspect the overbill complaint has to do with someone not liking our refuting leads that were returned. We call every returned lead to verify that it was bad and often do not allow it to be returned when we find it was in fact a valid mortgage lead.

This "been called 10 times" is a frequent claim I see about many companies that sell leads. Rarely is it ever documented or true. And if you are a good sales person does it really matter? You should get the deal anyways!
