I had locked at 4.50% Paid $500.00 for appeasing. Now they refused me my $500.00. Scammed! Then they had added another $6,000.00 On to loan. Then they said, never offered that 4.50% Sent proof my pdf file. And no response. I am widowed and only live on s.s. I also take care of my daughter who has had 3 heart operations. That was my hope as stated owe less with lower payments. Then refussed me my appraisal money's back $500.00. Then they tried to get me to edoc sign a higher rate then I already have,owe more money,higher payments. In hope I didn't catch the change in paper work.
