Please do a search on google for Malibu Trust Company--the state of CA is investigating them for fraud. There is a phone number to the state of CA legal department where you can give them your story. DON'T SEND ANY MONEY VIA WIRE TRANSFER TO ANYONE, I SPOKE WITH THE DEPT OF CORPORATIONS IN CALIFORNIA AND HE SAID NO LEGAL LENDING COMPANY CAN REQUIRE MONEY UP FRONT TO DO BUSINESS. BE SAFE, I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE BEFORE THEY GET TAKEN.
