loanshop online Took away my right to authorize transaction date from my bank account Internet

I had a previous loan with loanshop online with a past bank account. I lost my job in Nov. 2010 practically became homeless and was jobless for 3 months. just starting to get things back on track I needed a little cash to get me over till my next payday so I applied for a payday loan through a marketing company which forwarded my application to loanshop online last Friday. On Monday there was a debit for $390 on my now bank account from loanshop online. I called them and asked them to return my funds because I did not authorize the transaction they went into a spill about having authorization because the contract said they could debit any account I had to get the money. I then again told them I did not authorize this transaction for this date and also that this had put my bank account into a negative status. They said that they had not been able to contact me & I tried explaining my situation which returned the response "This is business not personal", eventhough I had explained my account went negative because of this. Loanshop online had all of my current contact information as well as my bank information they did not attempt to contact me before debiting my account which was a violation, and unauthorized transaction. My bank was no help it was as if they worked for them cause I just knew that if I have never took out a loan using this account they would dispute the debit (WRONG). I feel they stripped my out of the control of my own money. I tried explaining to my bank that these people would get their money and fees at a time that I was able to pay them and I then remembered that if I was negative then they have a chance to collect off me as well. So now it is a unauthorized debit of $390 and a NSF fee of $30 lucky me my bank jumped right in bed with them.  Beware of these companies they have little regaurd for your emergencies (as advertised) and even put you further in debt when things are at their worst.
