I get direct deposit so go in to my account summary and notice that i had 390.00 missing from my account I spoke to a customer rep and they didnt have a number to call so I receive my statement and i call the number on there they either dont answer or leave a message how many message do i have to leave so they get back to me! this is terriable I am a single mom with two little one's needless to say is there christmas was very sad for all of us! I hope those people can't sleep at night.
