Do not EVER rent from or work for Lobos Management! I worked at Waldorf Park Apartments on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh North Hills, and I'm going to tell you the story of this company's reputation....
Lobos Management is talked about by so many former employees that it's a miracle that they could even find one employee in Pittsburgh to ever work for them.
I heard stories immediately upon taking employment with this company. The biggest story was that there's an employee named Cheri in Bellevue that manages several apartment buildings for them. Cheri is scared to death of losing her job, so she invests her own money, uses her credit cards to maintain the Sobol's properties!! Do you believe this?
After a few months I realized they expected the same thing from me!! They wanted me to put up my credit cards for hundreds/thousands of dollars so they could possibly reimburse me four or five months later, while they use all their rental income to live their jewish lifestyles in squirrel hill! This is disgusting and lowlife behavior.
Not only do these people d**k off all their employees, they scream profanities at them all day long. If you are not willing to break every law in Pennsylvania that has to do with real estate laws, then don't work for them, because in case you didn't know this....in the end you will be held responsible, and they will skate! The laws they are telling you to break will eventually come down on you as the manager or co-manager.
If you are a licensed real estate person, you have everything to lose with these people because you will never achieve professionalism or anything else that you are hoping to achieve. They are scumbags that present themselves as professionals, but if you look close and listen to what they tell you, you'll realize these people have one thing in mind, and one thing only....DECEIPT, LIES, ROBBERY....everything they do is bogus and illegal, they even turn in bogus insurance claims all the time.
They d**k off their employees who get hurt on the job with their workmen's comp, they lie and delay everything so you can't get help. These people are the worst lowlifes I've ever seen in Pittsburgh!
They never, ever return a security deposit to a tenant, NEVER! They will cheat you out of it no matter what it takes. Unless you hire an attorney to go up against Ron and Lori Sobol (who are both attorneys), you will not win. And by the way, both of these Sobols should have their law licenses REVOKED!!!
They will not care if your ceiling caves in, leaks or whatever, they will never fix anything the right way, only some shoddy way that is half-a**.
Illegal Aliens live all over the property, apartments are rented by one illegal, then taken over by ten or fifteen other illegals who move in after midnight, roaches, filth and scum

I rented a Lobos property and also dated a former employee so I can attest that this is a horrendous company indeed. But in response to this report, specically this paragraph:

"Jewish lifestyle in Squirrel Hill"???? Really???!!! Are you serious? Do you talk like that out loud in public? Do you feel that is acceptable? Your Anti Semitic comment has ruined my day. Making such a statement is absolutely "disgusting and low life behavior"! I cannot say anything positive about Lobos management. I just think someone should tell you that your hateful comment/attitude is what's wrong with the world. Shameful.

I AM SORRY RELIEVED TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE WHO FEEL LIKE ME. I AM CURRENTLY RENTING FROM LOBOS AND THEY ARE THREATENING ME EVICTION FOR THE SECOND TIME FOR HEARSAY OF OTHER TENANTS.
I WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS EVEN IF I WIN AT THE MAGISTRATES HEARING COMING UP.
I DO NOT WANT TO LIVE IN THE COMPLEX ANYMORE HOWEVER MY FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO MOVE ANYTIME SOON.
I CANNOT BELIEVE THE THINGS THEY GET AWAY WITH. DO YOU KNOW WHY THIS IS? I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW. AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I HAVE CONSULTED WITH LEGAL COUNSEL AND THEY INFORMED ME OF MY RIGHTS BUT I AM NOT SURE I AM GOING TO WIN MY CASE BECAUSE OF ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW THAT HAVE NOT.
I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR THREE YEARS AND SINCE THEN LOBOS HAS EVICTED FIVE TENANTS MOSTLY FOR KNOWN PAYMENT OF RENT. I HAVE GOTTEN IN TOUCH WITH SOME OF THOSE TENANTS AND MOST TOLD ME THAT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED IN THERE FAVOR. ONE TENANT IS STILL FIGHTING THEM FOR HER SECURITY DEPOSIT.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CUT THROAT DEMONS. THE DEVIL IS REALLY BUSY OVER THE ON SPAHR STREET IN PITTSBURGH. I CANNOT EVEN GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO TALK TO ME. AND WHEN AND IF I DO, THEY LIE AND SAY THE PERSON WITH WHOM YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO IS NOT THERE OR IF I DO SPEAK WITH ONE OF THOSE LOBOS DEVILS, MAINLY LORI OR RON, THEY CUSS ME OUT LIKE THEY ARE SAILORS FROM HELL LAND. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO EXPLAIN OR TRY AND DEFEND YOUR SITUATION AND THEY TOTALLY DIMISS YOU. AND THE THING IS THEY DO NOT EVEN TRY AND GET TO KNOW YOU ON A PERSONAL LEVEL.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THOSE PEOPLE? I HAVE BEEN READING OTHER REPORTS AND CASES INVOLVING LOBOS AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY CONTINUE TO GET AWAY WITH THE THINGS THEY DO.
I'M ASSUMING THAT THEY ARE WELL OFF AND LIVE WELL. BUT I BELIEVE THEY HAVE PEOPLE IN HIGH UP PLACES WHO TURN THE OTHER WAY WHEN IT COMES TO THE DEALINGS OF LOBOS MANAGEMENT.
IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE INFORMATION ON THEM, PLEASE CONTACT ME. I AM TRYING TO GET ENOUGH INFORMATION TO WRITE A BLOG ABOUT LOBOS AND HAVE PEOPLE SIGN IT AND WRITE THEIR COMMENTS ABOUT LOBOS AND OTHER SLUM DEVIL LORDS ON IT.
