Red flags went up all over the place when I opened this letter. It looks semi-official. But why would an office in Pekin, IL, send me a letter about obtaining a deed to my property that is in Cook County, IL??? No website and/or email address listed...... in 2017?! Last but not least, they ask for a payment of $89 to process your request. Okay.... one more thing..... "Please Respond By: 06/12/2017." Ha...... the biggest sales con job ever. "Buy right now or this fantastic deal will be gone!" I hope everyone who gets this letter either just throws it in the trash where it belongs or googles to see that these people are snakes. It infuriates me when lying, conning, lower-than-pond-scum @******* can trick people and steal their hard-earned money. Heads up, eyes wide open, people...... unfortunately there are people like this all over the place!
