I agree with you, I too have had similar experiences with localphone.com

On several occasions they have taken money from my account and the credit never showed up.

Also they have cut my call off in mid-use even when I had credit remaining, and they claim I had no credit.

And generally, it takes hours sometimes days for credit to even post - and when they do - they will deny it or

I also have failed to receive a response to several e-mails.

I believe I have located your account, and can see the single support ticket you put in about this matter a few days ago. Because the problem was not clear we responded within 16 hours asking for further information. Please check your spam folder as having checked the logs the e-mail was definitely sent and accepted by Yahoo.

I can say with absolute certainty that Localphone only requested $5 from your bank, and that is all we received. Any further charges are nothing to do with us, and we have not benefited in any way. If you could reply to our response to your ticket I'm sure we can put your mind at rest.

I can assure you that we at Localphone are not scammers, and work very hard to provide a quality service to our customers. If you search for our name you'll find nothing but praise online.

I hope that together we can resolve this issue and you can edit or remove your Ripoff Report.
