LOCK LINE INSURANCE Insurance Rip Off Pay for service then they deny coverage Kansas City Missouri

This company is the biggest scam, along with Cingular

First they charge you for insurance on your cell phone bill.

Then they deny you coverage when you make a claim.

You call your cell phone carrier, mine being Cingular, which also su*ks, and they transfer your call to Lockline -- then they tell you, you don't have insurance coverage, they call Cingular, they refuse to tell you who they spoke to at Cingular, but when you call they say you do have insurance --- they won't call lock line to verify it and lock line won't conference you to verify that you have insurance. I ask Lockline for the name of the person they spoke to at Cingular and they won't tell you. I just spent over an hour with every rep at lock line who pretends to be a manager or supervisor -- you ask to speak to a manager they just transfer you to another rep. They even refused to give me their corporate address, telephone number, or any contact information other than their toll free number which leads you back to their department. Very unfriendly and rude people.

Then I read on their website, they charge you a $50.00 fee to replace your phone anyway... The phones don't even cost them $50.00 to purchase so what is their problem? What a scam they have. Probably Cingular keeps the insurance money and then turns customers over to Lockline and they get the $50 for every one that have to process... so their goal is to process no one.

LOCKLINE IS A RIPOFF

Employee Melissa ID # DT62480 (which is most likely fake too) talks around in circles, never answers questions, gets hostile when you asks questions --- AVOIDS ANSWERING QUESTIONS -- JUST ANSWERS THEM WITH ANOTHER QUESTION.... well anyway my next step is file an Attorney General complaint and also an FCC complaint --- and a PUC complaint against Cingular....

Anyone want to buy me a new phone? I don't have a phone, but Cingular still will charge me for service... another rip off....

My plan is a monthly $59.99 plan and after taxes and their SURCHARGES it comes to almost $100.00 a month.
