Logix banking Not returning the deposit for Loan Burbank California Nationwide

i applied for loan to Logix banking and after they approved my appliaction and issue me the approval asked me to deposit $5000 to them for loan application and order the enviromenatl and apprisal. 

Even after my property appraied more the value and with clean enviremntal they deined my for the credit and they are not retunring my desposit . 

Most bank they check your crediet first and then approve you and take your deposit but thos bank did not do thier do deligent first and this cost me $5000 .

I have asked them for my money few time and now i amtaking them to samll claim court to collect my money.

if iwas not approved why bother to order the apprisal and other cost . I guess they try to jump a head off thier process and now i have to pay for it.
