Logo Design Guru Deceptive,Scam, False Advertising,Misleading...., Internet

As you can see here, TJ Sebastian has been unable to provide the proof requested that any employee of Logo Design Guru has acted outside the bounds of what was agreed to by both parties.  I am simply going to post a link to the contest.  Please feel free to go to www.logodesignguru.com to review our policies.  This client was refunded 100 dollars.  I would ask the audience to judge the credentials of the complaint. In the 7 years that Logo design guru has been open for business there have been 4 reports to rip off report.  as they say, you can't please all of the people all of the time.   I will let the audience be the judge.  Gracias por todo.

At no time ,did I ever have any contact or correspondence with anyone named, "Eamon from Ajijii Mexico" . Very suspect  "Eamon Ajijii Mexico"   My only contact was with a Martin O'Connor from Langhorne Pa. Another deception? . Pa.? Mexico ? Who knows.Done.  Sketchy.

Logo Design Guru has a 99 percent satisfaction rating.  It is unfortunate when a client does not feel as if they are not satisfied.  Logo Design Guru refunds all clients all of their prize money less their fees unless a contest has more than 30 concepts posted.  In those cases, a 50 dollar designer fee is kept for the designer that did the best work for that contest.  Unfortunately some clients do not read this when they post a contest.  For example, a contest was posted with the minimum prize money of 150 dollars.  This client received 129 concepts.  That is a little over a dollar a concept.  The contest holder told the designers, "WOW! to you all!  Thank you," gave the designers multiple 4 star ratings,  and still asked for a refund after all of the hard work of the designers.  When I asked why the refund when you have given multiple 4 star ratings, the response was, "Yes, I gave stars to several concepts,  I think people have cute babies, but I don't want to raise them."  Um ok.
Here at LDG, we have a money back guarantee, but it is not a 100 percent money back guarantee.  We hide nothing and give the client every opportunity to go through our website in order to understand our process.  In addition, we have phone support, live chat support, and email support should one be unclear about anything before beginning a project with us.

I would absolutely challenge the idea that we did not follow the terms and conditions of Logo Design Guru to a tee.  I would like proof that I did not follow our terms perfectly.  I will win this challenge.

In addition, we take the work of the designers very seriously, which is why we pay a designer in contests like the one described above. In more than one occasion we have seen contest holders attempt to use designs without paying the artist for their work. This is why I explain that the artwork is the property of the designer when a client requests a refund.  I am being clear that we protect our designers.  This is why we have over 8000 designers registered with us.  Companies do not have this quantity of top notch designers unless they protect and fight for them.
