Logosportswear Logo'd Softwear Sold me poorly made jacket Cheshire Connecticut

I purchased a varsity style sweatshirt jacket for my daughter in October of 2014, from Logosportswear and had them put on a custom logo with her name and our church boarding high school which she is attending.  It was for her birthday so she didn't receive it until December 1st of 2014.  The embroidery was done well and the jacket looked good then.  About the end of March, 2015, my daughter showed me that 2 of the snaps that hold the front together had just come right through a 1/2 inch hole... they just fell through!  She lost the top or white piece of the snap on one of them because she didn't know it had come out. 

When I first contacted them about it I was told since it was past the 30 days they couldn't do anything about it!!!  I said this is ridiculous... a jacket that cost $64 only lasts 4 months and they can't do anything?  Then I was offered a 15% discount, I believe, on getting another jacket!  I will NEVER deal with this company again.  They don't back their products and apparently use shoddy products to do their embroidery on.  I have taken the jacket to a shoe repair shop that also does alterations so they can replace all the snaps.  They said they all just pulled right through the holes...they were very easy to remove because the holes are too big!  They are reinforcing the new snaps with leather so hopefully it will work. 

I saw several more complaints about Logosportswear on Yelp as well... beware of that business.  And they have an F rating at BBB.
