Lon Kieffer Plagiarized almost entire book 8 Qualities of Caring Communities--title, chapters, text, quotes & stories Seaford Delaware

Lon Kieffer self-published his book, The Eight Qualities of Caring Cultures: More Caring. Less Stress. Zero Drama on August 12, 2017. The amount of plagiarized content and structure of this book is mind-boggling. Notice the similarity to Dennis McIntee's book, The 8 Qualities of Drama Free Teams: Do More. Stress Less. Zero Drama. Lon Kieffer apparently sat at a computer, converted the PDF version of Mr. McIntee's book into a Word or Pages document, and then went to town. Lon simply made edits throughout the text, adding some of his own thoughts, yet leaving much of Mr. McIntee's book text intact, verbatim. The book subtitle, chapter titles, chapter order (2-8),

The book subtitle, chapter titles, chapter order (2-8), blockquotes, stories, characters, scenarios, even the entire book description on Amazon, and the text on the back cover are either verbatim rip-offs of Mr. McIntee's original work, or only a few words have been changed.

Literally, the sections are the same, dedication, about the author, table of contents, introduction, (plus a foreword), the chapters, and even Next Steps and How to Contact Author. Lon added an Attributions section with 29 references, yet incredibly the entire book was ripped-off from Mr. McIntee. Lon even uses some of the same references such as Stephen Covey and others. The language throughout Lon's "edited" sections even includes language directly from Mr. McIntee's keynote speeches and training seminars. 

Lon even ripped off the name of his "company" when he says his company name is The Caring Leadership Group with email info@caringleadershipprocess.com, citing a website which doesn't exist except to be parked, CaringLeadershipProcess.com.

Wow!! Dennis McIntee's company is The Leadership Development Group, and his site is LeadershipProcess.com. And the contact email in Mr. McIntee's book is info@leadershipprocess.com 

Mr. McIntee's Drama Free Teams book was published on Amazon, March 18, 2015--2 Years and 5 Months prior to Lon's book, The Eight Qualities of Caring Cultures. The massive amount of plagiarized content, much of it copied verbatim, along with the entire structure and sections of the book being IDENTICAL, is almost unbelievable. 

Lon is a speaker/trainer who speaks to many of the same clients, companies, organizations, and associations as Mr. McIntee does in the senior living industry.

Lon trying to pass this off as his own original work with his own copyright is simply disturbing.
