First, the product does not work at all, there's suppose to be a money back guarintee, how does the consumers get there money back?

Second they charged my credit card twice, with out my permission, and I only ordered one bottle. It seems they did this knowing they were going out of business, in short they grabbed as much as they could, while they could!!! Idiots!!!
