In CT it is illegal to cold call/solicit business over the phone.

Craigslist explicitly prohibits it

I wrote a nice "dont fk'in call if you are not the person buying the vehicle" in my listing..but they called, I called the number back to get their mailing address, listing in this complaint..

and yes, the guy is Matt...

perhaps he will call again and i can explain what i would like to do with my motorcycle..........
