Wow, where do you even start with this guy?! I have heard all the talk and seen the reports and it is more than obvious that this guy destroyed a great gym.  Yes, it had financial troubles but the members would have been better off with someone closing the doors rather than having a crook take it over and fraudulently charge it's members.  Yes, it is true that he ran off many good people, yes it is true that he speaks very inappropriately to other members and his staff (the ones that last more than a couple days), yes it is true that he is in several other controversial dealings that are being litigated over, yes it is true that he doesn't know a thing about weight training or nutrition (working at a GNC doesn't count Lonnie, i mean Rick; any 17 year old can get that job), yes it is true that he came in and moved the gym to a terrible location with none of the advertised amenities and didn't inform members until a few days before, however, the biggest problem is in the fact that he is now charging people for memberships that were completed and trying any way possible to scam people out of money.  Instead of finding all of these ways to screw people over you should just try to move forward and build a business based on everything that you have.  If you are even considering this gym I would strongly suggest that you not have any dealings with this guy and anyone that reads this should tell anyone that they know not to do business with this guy either.  Your reputation is one of the most valuable assets and he is going bankrupt in that area.  I sincerely hope no one else gets taken by this guy and that karma comes back to give him much of what he is owed.  If anyone else has information on how to avoid his fraudulent charges please post so that those of us that are victims can make educated decisions on what to do.  Thank you for your time.
