I am missing 6 fingers so this will be as short as I can....simple...On dec 4 2013 I went on lorex technology website saw exactly what I wanted...4 WIRELESS cameras with a dvr....I received nothing even close to that..

Cameras had 700 feet of wire and dvr player was not even a lorex product.  computer generated emails and 6 hours on hold over 5 days and I am getting no where

NOW THE ICECREAM ON THE CAKE Lorex now says in email that I ordered a wired system.....REALLY??? I DONT THINK SO THE website now shows the same dvr with 4 different cameras...

I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED...I know what I saw on website on december 4....

I WANT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED TO ME...PERIOD

they dont answer the phone and they dont call you back...

THATS A RIPOFF
