My name is Loretta Zwickel and I am 67years old I used to design for Imvu many years ago and found it rewarding and relaxing So I joined these games and at first it was great! My husband is ill so I am up with him late in the evening (dementia) We returned to America from living in Netherlands for his health.

Everyday I have to charge on my v Credit card to get diamonds to purchase what is required for the game Half the time they double charge me Or they send part of the order Now it is getting out of hand I have contacted my bank and they did back charge in dispute After all this is pixels you receive nothing tangible.

I have called California no response just voice mail I have posted all over their website on Facebook what they are doing by ripping people off is wrong the respond We will get back to you But they never do. Now they have so called Challenges that force you to buy things like Viking suits This is supposed to teach fashion and interior design not mythology or fantasy. I am out quite a bit of money to play with dolls on the internet But I have no one in this country albeit I was a legal Professional in USA for many years.

They are also advertising on the fashion houses if you are over 40 Do Not Apply That is called Age Discrimination I want to enjoy and I don’t want to make drama but they are arrogant Charge too much and don’t give you what you paid for That is called Rip Off I have been paying the charges in full But alerting my bank I did report them to BBB and they did nothing.
