I had a shipper lined up for two weeks to pick up a filly. she kept putting off having excuses holding up shipping cause other horses weren't ready. then flipped it on me and had her driver yell and cuss and me telling me to shut up numerous times. also did the same thing with the farm the hear was coming from and hanging up on me. when I told the owner she acted and said it was ok. very very unprofessional .be carefull of these ones it's a lady and her driver there based out if alabama

That's fine I'm glad your ok with an illegal hauler hauling your horses !! Rediculis!! Unsafe !!! Trust me the crew and haulers where never put in jeopardy so that's hilarious !! I have all the phone calls recorded and texts saved there anything but professional !! But thanks for your non sense feddback !!

I have used Tack Tavern Transport twice my self and both times were nothing less than professional, with maticulous attention to the safety of my horses. I have many friends and aquaintences that have also used this company and none of them have any ill feelings or complaints.
Lorna and her crew went above and beyond taking care of my girl. she was being transported back to me from a warm climate in NC, to my northern michigan climate in the dead of winter (january i do believe).
Lorna took my girl to her ranch and kept her there for a few weeks until the weather broke, so that my girl would not get shipping sickness from the abrupt temperature change. and kept me updated and informed on her condition and how she was doing.
I was not charged extra for this extended stay, nor was I charged for feed or care. only the shipping of which was extremely reasonable. and my girl came to me in pristine condition, happy healthy and clean.
if, and I emphasize IF, there were a conflict, it was because the customer was being unreasonable and or putting the animals and/or transport crews well being in jeopardy.
