I had been searching for a really intensive  website to locate a person in which I had a lot of personal information of theirs to provide.  I stumbled upon this website and was elated at all the detailed information that they offered to make sure I found the right person. I went to the  support-contact info and was supicous when I didn't find a customer service line only a fax number & one number that stated it was a voice auto and two email address  sales@lostpeople.com Support: support@lostpeople.com. So I decided to email them before I purchased because I didn't want to give them all the personal information I had such as social security number, drivers lincense number, date of birth on the subject I was searching for without knowledge that the information would only be exculively used for the search and not result in Identiy theft due to what I thought was just a search, also to make sure my card information was secure and confideital, and to see if there was a customer service line that had a real person to talk to basically just trying to see if it was a legit website or some type of internet scham for either my card info or the lost persons info. I emailed them 3 times from my email, and than several times form their website under submit a report request to both email address stated and only received and automated reply stating they would reply within 48 hours and to check my spam, but it's been over two weeks and I have received nothing, yes I checked the spam. I called a week ago and left a message expressing my concerns and still nothing. So I googled customer reviews & found only two positive reviews & many negative some reading  they don't return calls, they rarely return emails, which I experienced first hand many others stating they were charged and never received the results months later, also people having a hard time making contact to get their money back.  I decided not to use them I'd hate for my search to hurt the person I'm searching for, or to have a potential headache for myself, which I experienced just waiting for a reply that I still have not receive, I really wanted to find this person but not at such an risky cost.  I went back to the website and left a message stating that I believe they are Fraudulent and will be reporting them to the FBI and BBB the site to do that is http://www.fbi.gov/majcases/fraud/internetschemes.htm there is a link on there that reads report internet crimes and it leads you to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx there is also a contact number that you can call 24 hours a day(202) 324-3000. Lets see if there will be a response now.  I'm so happy I found this site before I went through with it.
