PETER CONTI & JERRY NORTON - LOT FLIPPER is total FRAUD/SCAM business.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - STAY AWAY FROM THEM, and their WEBSITE (biggerpockets.com) !!!!!!

They want your one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) as earnest money first. You have to find/close Real Estate purchase deal in first month and find a deal/submit to them. You have to close Real Estate contract deal all by yourself, which they do not tell you in their advertisement and in your initial training, otherwise they will keep all our earnet money. That is how they profit for themselves and they will not return your money back!

I have particiated & paid to similiar Real Estate tutoring/mentoring program before, and I got ripped off back then. I never got my deposit money back and the company gone bankrupt so there is no way for me to claim my money.

ANYWAY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THESE GUYS PETER CONTI. STAY FARRRRR AWAY!!!!! BIG SCAM!!
