Lotion Town What a SCAM!!! Lotion Town actually goes by TWO names Best Indoor Tanning Lotion and Lotion Town.... Indianapolis Indiana

I ordered product from Lotion Town on April 7th, my credit card was charged immediatly and when I hadn't received my product 3 weeks later I started sending e-mails (since the only phone number on the web site is for billing and never gets answered). I did get an e-mail reply from Kylie Went, the only answer in reply to when my product would ship was "You should have it this week or early next week. Thanks". I started getting these e-mails on April 23rd. On May 12th I fanally had enough and sent an e-mail requecting that my order be cancelled and my money be refunded.

On May 14th I got an e-mail from Vance Hoff with this subject line RESPONSE REQUIRED: Confirm your request for information from besttanning@aweber.com, I had never ordered any thing from best tanning so assumed that it was junk mail. However, the very next day I got a package via UPS with product that I hadn't ordered and had an awful smell.

When I got on line to try and find a phone number for Best indoor Tanning Lotion, they had the same phone number as Lotion town..... I have tried calling and sending e-mails to let them know that I do not want this product however, as usual no response. At this point I guess I will either kiss my money good-bye and let people know what kind of rip off artists these companies are.

Watch out people these two companies are working together to take your money and not deliver the product that they promise. We need to put people like this out of business and the only way to do it is get the word out as to how they really operate so that no-one will order from them.
