Lotto magic Mike caruana very deciteful liar Santa Monica, California

I revieved two letters from This mike caruana from lotto magic.com

Stating that you send him $20.00 and recieve a package with all the info you need to get started the very same day.I went onto the website lott magic .com and what it was talking about was completely different.Pay extra $50.00 to be team captains,$120.00 for power captains.These  fees are every month ,just for being part of lotto magic.Which is not stated in the orginal letter.When I received the package I refused it , I had bad feelings and decided not to open the package and returned it back to the postman.I sent an email to mike on may 4 to please refund me for the check I wrote him,but to my surprise on may 7 the 20 dollars debited from my ccount and still have not heard back rom him yet.In th letter he go on to say the orginal price for this information is $77.00 but he is given it to mea a fraction of the cost for $20.00. There is no way you can make  $7,925 a month ust from loosing on lotto tickets.It a mlm marketing scheme.I just want my $20,00 refunded
