LOUISVUITTONBUSINESS.COM is a fake outlet store.  Not only will you not see any product but your money is simply stolen.  Here is what their site says about the louis vuitton product.

While trying to obtain a refund via speaking to some woman in emails, I was told I would ONLY get a refund if I give them 10% (turned out to be more) of the invoice price. 

First, the invoice price was one thing, but when the bank charge showed up on my statement, it was more then $9 hire then what was on the original invoice.  Right there was the first time they made money.

THEN, I would be charged 10% of the full bank charge amount. 

An excerpt from my email...

Dear friend,

We are really sorry for so much inconvenience to you!

We have refunded you the payment (amount removed for privacy to customer) as you required. But we have to tell you that the refund payment can arrive at you in about 30 business days, because first our company refund this order, than the refund payment comes to the charging company, and the charging company submit this refund request to your credit card company, then your credit card company processes this refund to you. Please do not worry and pay attention to check it in your account.

They claim the additional $9 is an automatic bank fee.

Dear customer,

We only charged you $343.08. I think the bank charged you $9 for international transaction fee.

Note:  I have completed a full dispute form at my bank and am entering the dispute for the FULL amount.  A final email informed me it would take 20-40 days for the refund to appear and I will not wait or trust them to actually give out a refund.
I have also submitted the emails from this fake company to my bank.

I consider myself a very very careful person and as web sites go, this one was put together so well, it will and can fool anyone at any time.  This is the reason I want several pages of warnings to show up on a google search so hopefully potential customers will google this web site BEFORE a purchase.

Dont make the same mistake I did and if you can?  ALWAYS use Paypal for purchases.  I would have had my FULL refund already.

Thank you for your post.  However, I wish I would have read it sooner.  I recently purchased from this website, and have been trying to get a refund for the worthless bag they sold me.  Recently, they told me that I would get a refund if I return the bag.  However, they also told me that returns are 90% failure rate.  If they never receive the bag, they will never refund.  

Were you successful at receiving a refund after you submitted a full dispute through your bank?
