 Buyer beware. The worst service I have ever encountered. We were quoted a price and after our non refundable down payment they asked us for more money due to the flucuation of the US dollar. The unit was delivered several weeks late with all sorts of excuses. The unit was delivered from the US, spent three days on the road with no protection (shrinked wrapped or anything) and arrived covered with oil splatters all over. The men who came out from Lovesick Lake to set up our Kropf (Crap) unit left us with a park model that was filthy, air conditioning unit wasn't working, oil all over the front from top to bottom, a sectional sofa that didn't fit in the living room, missing TV, glue stains all over the walls, mismatched cupboard liners, more than half the shelves in the cupboards were croaked, carpet where there was supposed to be linolium, windows with grids in them when they weren't ordered, missing venetians, missing shutters, switches that weren't working,

electrical outlets that weren't connected and this summer we had an electrical shortage/sizzle in the wall with one of the outlets. The list goes on and on. After sales service was zero. We have been fighting with them for 2 years to get someone to come and fix the air conditioner and have received no service, they keep referring us to the air conditioning company with no success. They offered to pay us $1000 to fix all the problems in the unit but we have never seen the color of that money and now they are claiming that was never the case, even after providing emails that confirm the details. Once you pay in total then they will start building your unit (approx. 2 weeks to build), you can see in the quality that they slap it together in 2 weeks and there is no quality assurance check before it leaves the factory. I would never recommend Lovesick Lake or Kropf for anything. Not that a year has passed they are washing their hands of us stating that the one year warranty is over, even if these emails, phone calls and issues have been going on since the unit was delivered.
