Loving Hosts Stopped me moving my site before the expiry date, locked me out and holding site to ransom to extort money from me. Effectively closed down my business and thrown all the money spent on the site Internet

I made the supreme mistake of engaging Loving Hosts.com to host our companies website, I should have know they were being sarcastic using a name like that. I kept receiving demands for payment and it was very amateurish, nothing to identify who it was from and what the demand for payment was for, all the appearance of a typical scammer.  Despite requests for the sender of the demands to identify themselves they didn't. Then one day they did. Soon as  I found out it was the web hosting company I decided to move it as by then the alarm bells were sounding but I couldn't get access to the account to move it. I asked them for access and they ignored me. I contacted another hosting company and explained the situation and they said they would move it as soon as I paid them, so off course I did. The site wasn't moved, Loving Hosts had locked it and kept sending me stupid, mocking, childish emails demanding money, even though the joke of a contract was still active. They were not only refusing to provide the service I had paid for but they had taken it offline and were costing the company money. I told Loving Hosts to provide the EPP code either to me or the other hosting company that I had paid to move it, they ignored the request. I contacted the new company that I had paid and asked them why they had said they could move it and taken my money when they couldn't, they ignored me and I asked for my money back and never got it.

So Loving Hosts have cost me more money on top of the money I paid for site construction, scripts and all the rest of it and now after the so called contract expires they say they will release it if I pay them for another years hosting! I had tried to move it and asked to move it before the expiry and they hijacked it and held it for ransom. Thats extortion, theft and fraud. I have asked for an address for service but the child just mocks me. These people are the worst kind of scammers and should be put out of business the same way they have put me out of business!
