Low Pay Inc Ripped off money from my account Beaverton Oregon

I signed into my account with Bank of America, to find that there was a 98.95 check written out to Low Pay Inc, which cleared yesterday (05/07/09) and I know for a fact that I DID NOT authorize that check.

I have talked to Bank of America, and they are going to refund the money for me. They were very nice.

I am not sure how the heck Low Pay Inc, got a hold of my account information, I also hold Bank of America responsible for clearing the check when it did NOT have my signature, they should have known something was funky when the check had my name on it, but did not have my signature.
