Lowestairfarefinder.com - Jack Pujji - J.S. Pujji Ripoff con Artist thief Flushing New York

In April, 2004, I was looking for airfares from Florida to London for the month of June. After trying various companies like Orbitz,Expedia I could not get the dates I wanted to travel on. I came across lowestairfares.com website. After contacting the company via e-mail, Jack Pujji called me and told me he had seats available for travel on the dates specified and he sent me an e-mail and a fax detailing how the payment was to be made. The payment was to be made by a personal check and sent thru FedEx Express. He said that as soon as I sent the money he would start processing and my tickets would be delivered in 10 days time.

The 10 days went by and I called him and he said the tickets were in the mail. After that he never answered my phone calls or my e-mails. After 3 weeks I contacted my local Police and on their advise I filed a complaint of fraud with the Flushing Police station. I was informed by the detective that there were several complaints about him and that the District Attorney was going to take action against him. I, then had to pay for new tickets to travel to London.On my return in July, I contacted Jack and asked him about my tickets and a refund. He faxed me a letter and told me my money would be refunded. To this day Jack Pujji does not answer my calls nor I have received a refund.

I have now contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint with them.

I am very disturbed that he has now opened new internet sites. I am concerned that the District Attorney has not done enough to put him behind bars, where he belongs. Jack Pujji robbed me of my hard earned money. This experience has been a very emotional one and I hope Jack Pujji is put behind bars. As of today, July 27th 2004 Jack Pujji is still running his internet sites.
