Lowmileageparts.com Eddie allen Wrong motor sent Wykoff New jersey

I tried numerous times to contact company within their business hours to inform them, that the motor that was sent was wrong. The mechanic that received the engine to fix my sons car said that the engine did not fit the year that my sons car was. First attempt was by email,without ever any reply back. I finally filed a report with better business bureau that this company has refused to cooperate and not send a label, or refuse to pick up the engine. Company did agree to take back the engine but we would have to pay the restocking fees and shipping, I feel that we are not responsible for restocking fees and shipping if they would have sent the right engine in the first place. It is now September and almost 2 months since engine has been ordered and I still have not received my money back , or a shipping label.
