My husband and I were victims of a loan scam and have noticed that others have fallen victim as well. The company is called Loyalty Financial Solutions! The man we originally spoke with was Jack Wallace. He asked for money first to insure the loan and then an additional amount to secure the loan. After foolishly falling for this organizations request for money to secure the loan we then received a phone call the day the money was to be deposited in our account. The woman on the phone went by the name of Victoria. We did not get a last name. Victoria said she was in the cutomer service department and that the lender felt uncomfortable with our credit and wanted additional money to the tune of $700.00 to secure the loan. The red flags went up and we told the woman we would have to do some checking on the company before we would send further funds.

We proceeded to do some research to find if the company under the name of Loyalty Financial Solutions was legitimate. We have never run into so many dead ends. We could not find legitimate evidence of anything from the address in to the proper phone number for the company. We spent an entire day searching. We spoke to the Better Business Bureau of Miami. We spoke to people in what we believed to be Loyalty Financial Offices in both Miami and Toronto, Ontario. We asked to speak to supervisors to be told that they are all in meetings. The one name we were given for a supervisor was Thad Bradshaw. We even changed names switching first and last names around to see what response we'd get. In doing so we found out that the "employees" of this Loyalty Financial Solutions didn't know the names of the other members of the staff. We asked for our money back and were told we would receive it by October 10th and as I am sure you can guess we did not receive anything back. We are still working to get our money back. We have reported this organization to the FBI.

Today we called the number we have and got a message that states "Good Afternoon, thank you, Good-bye"
Be warned!! If you get a call from Loyalty Financial Solutions DO NOT do business with them! AND help spread the word about this fraudulent company as we will!! We won't stop until we see this group stop being able to victimize the good guys!
