LRP CAPITAL PROMISES PROMISES... Woodland Hills California

As stated in previous complaints, the customer service is substandard to say the least. I have made several attempts to contact the supervisor but to no avail.

I sincerely regret the telephone call that I received from "Art" (not the Art that is currently employed there) stating that records from another lender's rates would soon sky-rocket. "Art" is no longer employed there. It makes me wonder why.

"Art promised that my property taxes would be added to my monthly payments. However, to my dismay, I received a property tax bill. I contacted "Art" and he stated that he was no longer working for LRP and that he was researching the escrow company. Do you think that "Art ever followed up on this? You are right if you guessed, No. "Art" has not returned any of my calls made starting from March, 2007 until the present.

After explaining this to LRP Capital's supervisor, he promised that he would re finance me without any closing costs due to the errors that "Art" made along with him not explaining the terms and consequences of the loan. He has yet to return my telephone call after several attempts to contact him.

I urge everyone who is considering working with LRP to rethink their decision. If I could save one person from the heartache that I have endured, then this report is worth it. It's people like those who have made this housing mess what is is. If I could turn back the hands of time...
