Lubrico and Dixie401 Rip off on Lubrico Warranty London Ontario

I had purchased a used car from 401Dixievw dealer along with the 3 yr Lubrico powertrain warranty for which I  had paid 1600CAD.But in less than 2 months my car had an accident and was a write-off. I told Lubrico about it and they told me to contact the same dealer again. I went back to 401Dixievw  with the intention to purchase a  used car again from them. I settled on the price with the dealer and was almost on the verge of signing the bill of sale agreement with the financial manager.He agreed to transfer the lubrico warranty to the new used car that I was going ot purchase but with a clause, he said that I have to pay them 699 CAD to tranfer the Lubrico warranty. I protested and said that I wasn't willingly to pay them the money. The finance manager at 401Dixievw then said that he will tranfer the warranty at a fee of499CAD  . I had a lot of grief baggage from the recent accident and the loss of my recently purchased car.The least I was expecting 401Dixievw and Lubrico to do a rip off on me. They could have transferred the warranty free of charge to the car that I was going to purchase from 401dixievw. 401dixievw shouldn't have tried to take advantage of my condition since I wouldn't have been there with them immediately to purchase a care if I hadn't been in an accident.

Regardless to say I immediately got a very good car from an another deal at a very good price and I was happy.This time ,I didn't bother to buy any 3rd party warranty along with the car.
