Luca Financial ripoff liars I paid for the credit card and haven't received it yet. Kansas City Missouri

I was called on the phone BY a TIM RAINES a rep. for luca financial on dec 17, 2002. He said I would recieve a card with credit of $2000 to $4000 for $249.

I told him I would not have the funds in my account until the 26 of Dec. He said they would not take it till then. WELL HE LIED. They took the money and caused me to be overdrawn which caused me several other overdrafts in the amount of about 200.00. When i found this out i called the customer service and talked to MICHAEL SMITH, a real rude person. He said it was my problem, and hung up on me.

I have called 25 times and recieved the same answer each time, "Your package has been sent out. If you don't recieve it within 3 weeks call us back."

I told them it didn't take but a few minutes to get my money and I want my card. I called again today 5/29/2003 and got the same run around. I think this company should be responsible for their actions. If any one else breaks the law they have to pay. What makes them any different?When you tell them you are going to get a lawyer they just laugh and say do what you want and hang up. This is not fair.
