Our family was on compressed time to find a place.  So, we found a house for 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms for 1100 dollars; we had to go through with this company.  They said we will be contact by the owner to view the house at 2pm the next day.  Nothing.  We called the company, and the guy (Tony) gave an attitude abou the questions abou the house, the landlord we were suppose to meet, and a number to get in contact with the landlord, but we were told it wait till Friday.  So instead, we asked for the 300 dollars back.  Now, this is when the "run-around" starts, because he wants us to fill out moreforms to get the refund back when it was suppose to be hassle-free with the refund, BS.  Now, we are trying to get that refund back.  I know it was just a day ago, but after seening the other complaints from other people from other sites, we are now worried we may never see this cash again.  Does anyone have any advice to expedite the refund that is suppose to be a "no questions asked", "no hassle" refund for unsatisfied service??

This is an update of what is going on with these people,   We asked mulitiple times for our 300.00 refund.  The company said to fill out forms to get our refund with a self-stamped envelope with our mailing address.  When the so-call "10 buisness days" had passed of what they said would be the time we get our money back, a lady said the envelop was sent back; and, that there was something wrong with the address, BS.  She said she will resend it again, still no refund should up.  So we called again and again, getting a busy signal on their phone.  When we finally got through, it was one excuse after another.  We filed a report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The house we wanted to get was 1445 with a 1900 depost; and this is from the landlord himself. The landlord said he does not know anything about that company, and that he assoicated with Century 21only, not this one.  This so-call agency "chicken hawks" for any housing and ads it a lower amount then it really is, and client find out the hard way that the prices are really high, so of course they are going to say no, and the company keep the cash, right????

So, the theory is, these people charge others for a 300 dollar fee.  Tell their client if they say yes to the home to be rente, than the fee will go to the deposit.  But if the client says no, then the 300 stays with the company until they find a rented place for them.  The thing is, of course we are going to say no to a 1445 rent when we were excepting a 1100 rent installments.  This was a waste of time and bull$h*t company that should be shut down.

Right now, we are warning them we will take this issue to a smalls claims court. I will keep you all updated. In the mean while, please add-on of any input. thanks for reading
