Luis Acosta Jr. is not only a deadbeat dad but a liar. He uses emotional blackmail to get his way. Telling his child if the chid's mother sues for child support he will go to jail because he can't afford it and won't be able to speak to said child.

He lies and lies playing with his child's emotions. Telling child "I am going into the hospital for test because of the fall i had at work. I may never be able to work again. I might need surgery and it is risky." This is all b.s. I hired a P.I. and found out everything he claimed was a lie. How do you tell a child you walked out on before this child was born that you love that child and lie? You are scum of the earth you lying sicko. He ran away with another woman before his child was born and now years later he is sorry. Sorry is too late. You are a emotional abuser and need to seek help.
