Lumanare Refusall To Accept Internet

I ordered a skin care product from Lumanare after contacting customer service to make sure they were not signing me up for

more automatic purchases. the customer rep did not directly say that they (lumanare) would not. finally she said it would be an option i9f I liked the product and they would not sign me up for furtur purchases unless I requested it. I did not request future purchases, hoever, they sent them anyway debiting my debit card for almost $180.00. I called customer service to ask them where I could get an RMA# to return the unopened product/s. The rep said that the company would not accept any returns and would give no refunds under any circumstances and cancelled my" so called subscription" which I had not requested.Their whole business model runs on deception of customers. I am a senior and live on a very limited income. The money that they deducted from my account put my finances in a very critical situation. They are "thieves."
