I purchased a "free trial" of Luma Hydrate for my wife to see if it was of any value to her. I paid the USD4.95 S&H to receive the trial. No mention of anything beyond that was obvious on the web site. AFTER paying, a popup page then displayed showing the guarantee that if before 14 days she was unsatisfied I could call the Customer servicce number 1-800-562-9682 and cancel any further shipments. That was a surprise. After 10 days I called Customer service and canceled but found they had already shipped and billed my credit card close to USD170.00. Their terms are false as are their claims. The cream is useless and could be dangerous to some people's skin. It caused my wife facial irratation. Their policies cost be undue irritation as I found out I was robbed. I'll follow the others lead and ship back to see what sort of luck I get from that action.
