I received a 0.5 oz bottle of Intensive Eye Serum, I have asked the company for a new product pump, the one on the bottle doesn't work, I would like to have it replaced, otherwise, I have to dig into the bottle to use the product, causing waste of the product every time. Please instruct Lumella Skin Care to send me an accurate pump for their product.
