I ordered Lumineri Skin and eye cream on 06/15. After submitting my payment information and placing the order, the website began flipping links, changing website domains, and changing offers. I was charged 4.95 and 5.95 from lmtskin revival and lmteyerevival. I was also charged 4.95 & 4.98 from shea health LLC and enature8334015645. I received a package from lux derm 06!18. I did not order the item but it was one of the items shown when the websites were flipping. My bank refunded the charges. On July 2nd my account was debited 86.95 and 89.95 from lmtskinrevival and lmteyerevival. I contacted my bank to inquire and was told it was a subscription for skin products. I disputed the charges because I canceled the subscription when I received the Lux Derm products. I did not order Lux Derm. I assumed it was Lux Derm, contacted Lux Derm and was reassured I would receive a full refund.

On August 10 my account was debited 89.95 and 86.95. I assumed it was Lux Derm again. My bank stated the company provided evidence the the purchase was not fraudulent and I did not cancel it. It was then I realized it was not Lux Derm but Lumineri. I contacted Lumineri and asked why was I charged. The representative stated I didn’t cancel the subscription within 14 days. I informed her I did not receive the products. The representative stated the products were delivered 06/18. I informed her again I did not receive the product and demanded a refund. The representative stated the funds would not be refunded because I didn’t cancel within 14 days. I asked how can I cancel an item I didn’t receive. This company is a predator and all consumers should avoid this business. If you have been taken advantage of, please file a complaint with the BBB and your state’s Attorney General. I have disputed the charges with my bank, BBB, and the Attorney General. The investigations have started. It appears this company has been accused of fraud and unethical business practices many times. Please review the following websites: Skincarehelp.co.uk Ripoffreport.com Skincarewatchdog.com
