Luminess Air LLC, Luminess Direct LLC Continuous billing even after I have cancelled all transaction with them.

I had intended to try the Luminess Air system, for $19.98. I agreed to the monthly charges for continued make-up shipments. I did this via their website. I NEVER OPENED THE BOX, and wanted to return the product, which they refused. They said it had to be done in 30 days, but their website says 45 days. I was within the 45 days, but they refused to let me return the UNOPENED system. I was very clear that they were to cancel my account, and discontinue sending me any product. (I was allowed to return the first shipment of make-up, unopened, with RTS written on the package. They would then credit my account within 10 days after receiving the returned items.) Again, that 1 phone call should have been all that was required to end my relationship with this company. It wasn’t. They continued to bill my credit card. I took action through the credit card company, which required me to cancel card and receive a new one, and put a block on Luminess charges. I did so.

Well, they found a way around it, and they continued to bill my card. I had to cancel the card, AGAIN, and file a full on fraud report. I told them I wanted ALL my charges back from Luminess. My CC company explained also, that the Luminess company can look up my card number online via a Master Card directory. Seriously?! How about telling me that when I explained to you the first time that they were stealing from me??!!! Luminess has a highly unethical practice of doing business. I cannot speak for the product, as I never tried it. But I can tell you that giving them your account number will let them rob you blind! I do NOT recommend you give them access to ANY of your accounts. If you want this product, send them a check, or pay for your product in full up front. Do not agree to ANY AUTOMATIC MONTHLY BILLING, because even if you request them to stop, and refuse product, they are going to continue to charge you. You have been warned.
