I have the exact same experience as everyone else, unable to get my $88 back because according to them, i did not cancel my 'membership' within the 20 days of 'free trial'. After taking a closer look at their website, i found that they had promised full refund for any unused product that they send out. So i contacted them again regarding their money back guarantee. But like the rest of the people who have made reports on this board, I've so far been unsuccessful in getting an RMA number from them to return the product for a full refund despite the multiple emails and phone calls. I have also received very unhelpful treatment and even insults from their 1800 number customer service people.

I will google for attorney general in CA and see if i can file a complaint as suggested by someone else on this board. Is that effective? Also, does anyone have the identity of the owner of the company? i am considering filing at the small claim court in LA or Glendale and will need a name. Please contact me if anyone else is taking legal action against this company or have suggestions for what we could do about this.
